Cleared my first Base Check on the 777 today.

No it's not really the first of the first, and yes, it's just one of the countless Base Checks I will have to take every 6 months from now till I'm forced to retire, but this is the first one on this type.  And so I guess that's significant somehow. :)

The other day I took a nap after coming back and promptly woke up only at 9.35 p.m.  I was feeling hungry so I grabbed the keys, went out and ta-pao-ed KFC.  But had I not been in a chicken mood, I could actually have sat down and chosen what I wanted to get.  Just one week ago, had I woken up at the same time, I'd have been screwed ( Read more... )
